Penang International Container Art Festival (PICAF) brought to you the first in Asia to feature urban art on container installations. It'll be your best chance to experience the diversity of Penang through art.
Participated by 12 international and local artists where each container installation features the artwork of local artists on one side, followed by international artists on the other side. With this, you'll be able to experience two mural arts on the same container.
With the "Penang's Local Identities" theme, they're located at five different locations across Penang island and the mainland.
